exfoliate using our pedicure exfoliant

use the file to remove hard skin on heels and ball of foot, rinse and dry

finish using our vitamin e cream and if using overnight use our foot moisturising socks.

enjoy nice soft feet, for best results do this once a fortnight or once a week if your feet need it.
