These pigment pens are fabulous for rubbing on the nail over a gel base coat. The pigments when applied to a clear base is lighter than a dark base, so effectively 2 colours in 1 tube.

How to apply: 1. Apply gel base, cure for 60 seconds under UV light 2. Apply pigment to nail using cushion 3. Apply top coat, cure for 60 seconds under UV light.
